Demo : Cup of Tea
Add milk and sugar

Milk and sugar are added to enhance the flavour of the tea.

The milk is added in a carefully measured quantity (15 mls measured in a graduated jug per cup), whereas the sugar is added to the taste of the customer.  Usually there are one or two level teaspoons of sugar per cup.

Tesco semi-skimmed milk is used.  It is added before the tea is poured into the cup.

Tate and Lyle granulated white sugar is used.  It is added after the tea has been poured into the cup.

The mixture is stirred four times using a metal teaspoon.
